Hi,
We have created a custom mail message form (a group newsletter) which is working for everyone except one person. We are running a few different versions of outlook 2K, XP and 03 The user in question (user x) whose form doesn't work correctly is using XP same as me (where it was created). I have published it to the org forms lib with success and everyone can access it, including (user x). When (user x) opens the email, the message box has been resized to width = 97, height = 114. The message area is width = 950, height = 470. I can then select the message box form properties to resize it manually to the right values. The message box will resize with the form it is just the initial size is wrong. any ideas why he is the only one with this problem? cheers |
