Default my signature appears in published form

The Message section of a custom form has my signature in it - is there any
way to remove this so that it's gone when I publish it to the OFL?

Thanks.

Turn off Word as your email edtor, and turn off your autosignature. Run the form. Remove your signature. Save the item as an .oft file. Invoke it with Tools | Forms | Design This Form, increment the version number on the (Properties) tab, then republish.

Next time, turn off your autosignature before you start a form design session.
