Hello all,
I am new to forms in outlook but do a little bit of programing in Excel. Alright what I am trying to do is have someone fill in a field and then have it populate a certain place in the message itself and in the subject (Just so we don't have to enter information twice.) Is there a way I can do this? Are there any expamples out there on the web where I can learn how this specfic idea would work? Thanks for the help Kris |

Without knowing the larger context of this scenario, it's impossible to even say whether an Outlook form is an appropriate solution? (Most likely, it is not.) At a minimum, we'd need to know what version of Outlook, who will be creating the messages that use this form, who will be receiving them, and what type of mail servers are involved.

It is Outlook 2000 SP3 with an Exchange Server. I copy and paste over
and over again at work and it is driving me nuts there must be someway with a macro that I just have to type it once and it autopopulate. Like the forms option in word. Actually I could probably just do a form in word and send it from there right? |

You've still given us very little to go on. Please start at the beginning and explain in complete detail what you want to do, whether it's for your personal use or for distribution to 500 other people, whether you have Outlook configured with Word as the editor, what you want the originating user to see, what you want the recipient to see, etc.
