Default Custom Forms not Displaying on Blackberry

I am trying to build an event log form.
All of my user defined fields are not displayed with the message is read on
a blackberry device; only the standard outlook fields (To, Subject, Message)
are displayed.
And you can only use the default message field once on a form.
How do I get my user defined fields to display on a blackberry, or use the
default message field numerous times on a form?

That's a Blackberry issue, not an Outlook issue. Outlook has no control over what data the Blackberry software sends to the device.

Thanks Sue!
I understand that Blackberry limits what it can receive; I discovered that
when trying to send it MS Access feeds.
The second part of my question was is there a way to use the default email
message field more than once in a form and each field function uniquely?
Because If there is, then I can bypass the limitation of the blackberry,
since it will receive the default message field from outlook without any
problem.

You mean the message body? No, a message can have one and only one body.
