When using Outlook (2003), it would be great to have a stationary or template
readily available as soon as you open a "NEW" mail message such as a real letter or memo form with all the editing/formatting availability. since companies such as mine, and Administrative Assistants spend A LOT of time using inter office email sooo much, why go thorught opening a new documetn in Word then click send. It should be available in Outlook as well. If it is and i dont have it, please email on how to have access to it. thanks, Melinda Willoughby ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
