Default Problem with Outlook Forms

I created an Outlook form and published it in our Organizational Forms
Library. This form is filled out and sent to a third party company. When my
employees send this file to the third party it works and shows up jsut fine
but... I have one employee that when she sends the form the third party
company can't see the form. It just shows the To and From fields. I have
already cleared her cache and re-installed the form on her computer but that
did not work. What could be causing this problem? Thanks in advance for your
help.

She needs to force the form to be sent using the TNEF wrapper. This is done
by opening the contact's data item, selecting the email address that is used
in the send, right-clicking it, and choosing Properties. In the older
versions, there is a check-box at the bottom that is labeled "Always send to
this recipient using rtf" Make sure that box is checked. In Outlook 2003,
there is a dropdown list labeled email format. Choose the option that says
rtf.

Thank you all for your help and suggestions. I actually overlooked something
before posting. The form was working fine at the beg. of the year and now it
wasn't. She told me that she did not change anything,.. I looked at recently
installed programs and noticed a wonderfull program called "Smiley Central"...
.. without even having to think about it, I realized that I had found the
problem. I removed the program and things are back to normal. Thanks again
and if you ever come across this program.. realize it is probably in the top
3 worst programs to download and install on your computer. It is hard to
remove and recks havoc on everything.
