Default email forms

We are trying to create a form that you can email, the only problem is my
engineer wants the form so that when the receipient open the email the form
is right there (not as an attacment) and they can fill form in before
replying or forwarding it back to us. Can this be done.

I have created a form already but the receipient can't fill it in until they
have hit the reply or forward buttons.

Yes, this can be done with Outlook custom forms, but it is practicaly only if you are using Exchange as your mail server and have permission to publish custom forms to the Organizational Forms library. Check with your Exchange administrator.

As for your existing form, maybe you can tell us how you're sending it and whether you clicked the Edit Read Layout to create the form you want people to fill out.
