I have created a couple of custom forms and as far as I can tell they are
working fine. I have 'Run this Form' and sent it to myself and it works but when I try to send it to others it is never received. When I CC it to myself I receive it but the other recipients don't. I do not get a bounce back saying it couldn't be sent - it simply disappears! I have not distributed it onto others yet - I have simply sent the form to see if they can view it. Is this a problem with the form or with my email server? |

If you haven't published the form to the Organizational Forms library on Exchange server, that's probably a large part of your problem.
Maybe some users are seeing it go into their Junk E-mail folder. Advanced Find will tell you for sure. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Casey" wrote in message ... Thanks Sue,
I only want a small group of people to have access to the forms I have created - I work for a large corporation (50,000 employees) so I need to be able to give access to just my area. Do I have to publish it on the organisational Forms library? What I was planning on doing is distributing the forms via email to the required people and then get them lo load it into their Personal Forms library - I haven't done this as yet - Will that fix the problem? I have checked the junk mail foler of the person I sent it to and it's not there either. Users need to have access to the published form definition. If it's not in Org Forms, then it needs to be published to each user's Personal Forms library.
