Default custom forms

I have a problem with custom forms, when I try to open a new or an existing
custom forms I receive an error that tell me that is not possible to open
the form.
I try to delete the cache and to reinstall outlook 2000 but the problem is
not resolve. Forms are published on Exchange 2003 server but in all other
clients there isn't the problem.
Any idea?
Thanks
LS
