Hello,
I have Outlook 2003 client connecting locally to Exchange Server 2003 SP2. There are 2 problems, the 1st is when clicking any "mail to: " link from any website I get the error message "cannot create item". I allready tried to delete the "frmcache.dat" file. without luck. The 2nd issue is that I also get another error message after going to "ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced OptionsCustom Forms error message says "The information for Send on Behalf of could not be displayed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this transaction." I have completely reinstalled entire outlook 2003 with SP2 and the same issues still exist. Strange thing is I get all of my email from the Exchange Server without any problems. What do you suggest. TIA Joe |
