I have O2003SP2, WXPSP2. I don't know much about functions and coding
but looking at automating some of my entries into fields. I have all the fields setup up except two of them. I was wondering if someone could help. FIRST: Field type of Date/Time (Due by field). I send annoucements on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 28th of each month. I'd like for it to automatically enter one of these dates based on the current date. For example, if I'm greater than five days out from the next date (1st, 7th, 14th and 28th) use the next date. If its the 1st or 2nd, use the 7th for the next follow up. If its less than five days out, use the following next date. For example, if its the 3rd - 6th, then use the 14th. What I have currently is "Date(the date I want) which is OK, but I always need to change it. Also, the time always reflects 8:00 AM. Is there a way to reflect the time of "12:00 AM" instead "of 8:00 AM" SECOND I have a text field where I would like touse text and enter the value of today's date. For example" Here is what I did on June 19, 2006 at the park. I'd like "June 19, 2006" to always be today's date. Any help would be greatly appreciate. srm |
