microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms: The server is Exchange 5.5. This is a known problem; we had it, too. I distributed a batch file which killed the Outlook/MAPI32 processes. However, Ken Slovak suggests a cleaner method: apply post-SP4 fixes to Exchange 5.5 and start Outlook with the /resetfolders switch. I can't verify that as we don't have Outlook 9 (2000) any more. You'll find Ken's contributions on that subject he http://groups.google.com.au/groups/search?q=slovak+%22outlook+2003%22+%22outlook+2000 %22+free+busy+%22exchange+5.5%22 "Ray Chiang" wrote: What email server are you using?
