Default Hi

Can anyone give me a pointer on writing a program that extracts emails from
MS outlook inbox to text files, then deleted the email - easy to write?

Or is there a commerically available add-in or program?

You should look around on www.slipstick.com for utilities that might do this.
You should search on www.utlookcode.com for code samples that might help.

You might want to take a look at this blog series for how something similar
was done.
