I just installed Office 2007, and I can no longer forward a custom form. The
initial form is set up to fill in certain fields automatically when the forward button is clicked. Now, when I click forward, I get "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook" Is there anyone using 2007 beta that has encountered this issue? |

Is this a published form and, if so, is the Forward action on the (Actions) page set to the custom form?

The form is published and the forward action is set to the custom. This is
something that worked just fine until I installed 2007. Where is the form published? I need that information to try to duplicate the scenario.

The form is published to the organizational forms library.
Here is what happens... 1) Requestor fills out a form (stored in a public folder) and sends to manager 2) Manager reviews the form and makes needed changes 3) Manager clicks 'forward' to create new form (which is in org forms library) which fills in distribution list and blanks out numerous fields so they cannot be modified. It is on the forward click in step 3 where the error occurs. Thanks, KL "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Where is the form published?
