Sending Forms
When I use a form to email someone, it also puts a copy in my outbox and in

It's hard to say without knowing any of the details, including the Outlook version, mail server type, steps to reproduce the problem.

It's Office 2003. I just go into tools, open the form, address it and send
it. It does it whether I open it in Outlook/Tools/Forms, or if I open it straight

So you're opening an .oft file?

Actually, I've tried it both ways (thru the tools menu and just opening the

My point was that you're using an .oft template file, not a published form. It's an important distinction.
Regardless, I can't duplicate the problem here.
