Default How do I move the date field in an e-mail header?

I need to move the "Sent" field in the e-mail message header from the right
side of the e-mail over to the left side of the e-mail to be printed with the
other header fields: From, subject, to. How can I edit the Header form to
move the sent field so it appears somewhere else? Thank you

Outlook doesn't provide any way to change that print layout.
