Force Users to send as Group email
I have the following problem and can't find a solution. Please help.
I have Users that belong to Distribution Lists. What I want to do is that when a user sends a new message I want him to be forced to send as the Distribution list he belongs to, and not from his personal email. (ie when John, who belongs to the Sales group, sends a new message the recipient should see that it was sent from sales. Is this possible to implement? (A second harder version of the question is: If a user belongs to 2 or more Distribution lists, is possible to have buttons on his new message form that will force him to choose one of the lists to send as) Thank you in advance
