i have designed a customised message form which includes our logo, however
when we print the email the logo is missing. i have also tried putting the logo in the signature which works fine with the generic message form but not when i use the customised form any tips would be great |

Putting the logo in the body of the message is the easiest way to get it to print.

i have tried putting the logo in the body of the message but when i
view/print the email i just get a blank square with a red X.
