Default MAPI error

When I choose a form to design from the Organizational Library and make
updates, and attempt to republish I get the following:
The form exists do you want to replace - which I say yes
Then I get the following error message:
Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. The messaging
interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart
Outlook..
I restart outlook and get the same error..

Help???
