Default Button to add a label "confidential personnel"

I would like to create a form with a button "confidential"

When I click on this button, a line "Confidential" is added automatically
in top and bottom of the mail

Is it possible ?

Client : Outlook 2003
Server : Exchange Server 2003

Regards

Alfred

Maybe. Prerequisites would include:

1) Ability to publish the form to the Organizational Forms llibrary or to each user's Personal Forms library.

2) Planned usage of this form only within your Exchange organization.

3) Word as the email editor if you want to add the "confidential" stamp to rich-text format messages without losing all formatting in the message (or using an additional programming interface besides Outlook or Word)

Have you thought about using Outlook's built-in feature to make a message with a sensivity of "Confidential"?
