Default Remove Encryption from Form

,I accidentally encrypted a form that I created. However, I did not get the
effect I wanted. I wanted it to be encrypted when I sent it. Rather than
that it is encrypted when I open it, but unless I encrypt it when I send it,
it is not encrypted.

Is there a way to modify the form to remove the encryption when I open it?
And if it's not too complete is there a way to make the form default
encrypted when I send it?
