I've created a customized form for Outlook and it works great, except that I
MUST keep both the header and the message whenever I reply/reply to all or forward the message. Right now, if I reply/reply to all I can keep the subject of the message and the message itself, but the customized header doesn't show. If I forward I can keep everything except the subject and then I'd also have to enter every e-mail address in the previous messages. Any help is more than welcomed |
