Creating Custom Mail Form
I'm creating a custom mail form that will allow our admin to select different
choices from drop down menus. That (I think) I've got working ... however, when I save / publish the form and I "RUN THE FORM" and send to me, it is a previous version of the form ... not my revised one that I get. Any suggestions? -- "To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are."

Did you remember to click the Edit Read Page button and update the read layout?

No I didn't ... do I need to copy and past from one form to the other? Or is

You can copy/paste or add controls manually. It's your choice.
