I am trying to change the name of User1 and User2 in the Outlook default
custom fields and trying to get my form to keep the names I insert after I import files. Any suggestions? |

It is not possible to change the name of any fields, standard or custom. Could you explain in more detail what you're trying to do?

Thank you for your response Sue. I have designed a new form from the original
Outlook Contact form. I need to add additional items to choose from, from the Outlook Custom field. Then when I import my information I can map the additional items. My item names a Account Number, Block Number and Lot Number. There are no fields similar in the Outlook Custom field for me to use, so I need to create my own. This is for a property management company and the information is necessary and would be extremely helpful for lookup purposes. Outlook has no ability to import to custom fields. That requires code or a third-party utility. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm
