Where is the form published? What form is the Forward action on the custom form set to? It needs to be set to the published custom form. I was mistaken by saying "forward" - what I should have described was that previous to the Exchange 2003 upgrade the form was posted into the public folder and also *copied* to certain users. It showed up as a posting in their mailboxes with the From: showing as the person who made the posting to the public folder. After the Exchange 2003 upgrade (it may just be a coincidence), the form is not showing up in the users' mailboxes - only a forward with a FW: prefix in the subject and the From: showing as the form name is coming in. This is not the desired result because the end users would then have to sort through the postings in the public folder in order to find the original post. We want them to have a copy of the original post in the mailbox so they don't complain about having to search through hundreds of posts to find the appropriate post. I apologize for the incorrect description of my original newsgroup post. |
