Default Missing Body in Appointment

I created a custom Meeting Request form and everything works but the Body of
the form. I'm not altering the Body in the code and don't have any reference
to the Body in my code. And when I test the form, everything is fine. But as
soon as I publish the custom form in my Personal or the Organizational
library and put any text in the body, the appointment in my Calendar shows
the text but it's missing in a calendar of the person or the resource that I
invited to join with this Meeting Request form.
Any idea? We use MS Exchange and I've tested it in both Outlook 2000 and
2002. It behaves the same.

Have you tried accepting the meeting request on the other users machine.

The appointment item gets added on the creators machine at the time you
create the request this is the mail type meeting request message along with
associated appointment information. As the other user is only receiving a
request - I do not think the appointment item gets added to their calendar
until the point at which they accept the request. I am not sure but try
this - on accepting the request the associated appointment information
should be added to the calendar, at the same time as the response is sent
back to the sender.
