Hi All,
I created a simple Outlook Contact form (Modified the default contact form; added a textbox linked to one of the User Defined fields). I published the form to the Organizational Forms. This form is used for Contacts in a Public Folder. When users open a contact from this public folder the form loads and you see it being installed every time. Sometimes, Windows XP users gets the following error: The form you selected could not be displayed. An error occurred registering the form in the OLE registry. I have tried MSKB Article 320835 to no avail. We were using Windows 2000, Outlook XP and Exchange 2000, and this functionality worked flawlessly. However, we have upgraded to Exchange 2003 Enterprise, Windows XP, still using Outlook XP and that's when our troubles began for Windows XP Pro users (works for Windows 2000 users). Thanks in advance! |
