Signature showing up on While You Were Out Form
I created an .oft form for the subject form. The "message" area of the form
was created using the Field Chooser and I used the "message" field. When I try to share this form with others and old signature of mine shows up within the message. While I'm in the Edit/Compose page it doesn't appear, it doesn't appear when I run the form, and if I send the message to myself it doesn't appear. Where could this be coming from and how do I get rid of it? CK

some questions:
1. What version of Outlook do you have? 2. Does the signature show in the Sent Items item? 3. Does the old signature still show in tools \ options \ mail format \ signatures? 4. Signature showing up on While You Were Out Form
I have MS Outlook 2003 and the signature does NOT show in the Sent Items. I
have a new signataure in my tools\options\format that I turned off but is still showing up to the receiver. In addition to the new signature showing up, I also have an old signature that isn't even in my list of signatures to use anymore that shows up.
