Default Tab Order Question Lables

How do I remove the LABELS from the tab order? When I do FORMATTAB ORDER
they show up? and then they end up being tabbed to when I run the form.

I've tried the ADVANCED PROPERTIES and setting the TAB STOP to FALSE ...
didn't seem to work ...

When using Advanced Properties to change the Tab Stop setting, did you
remember to click Apply? What version of OL are you using?
