I create many forms for my Organization in the Organizational Forms. I
updated a form giving it a new name and deleting the old form. When the user sends the forms, they go to public folders on our exchange server and are viewed from there and dragged to a new "completed" folder. Some of the older versions of this form can no longer be viewed. They come up blank. It has me stumped. I have put what I thought was the old form out in the organizational forms and installed it in their personal forms but nothing. I have cleared their cache and am not sure what else to do. Please HELP!! |

Does the form referenced in the MessageClass property of the items (Items are what you send and drag, not forms.) still exist in the Org Forms library? Have you cleared the forms cache of the affected users?

Like any other property, you can add it to the view using the Field Chooser or Fields dialog.

Yes the Message Class still exists. It is the same for all of the forms in
the Org forms library. I cleared the cache for approx 10 users and it didn't help. It affects all users. Where are the folders located where these items are stored? You mentioned both Public Folders and a "completed" folder.
