Default "Edit Compose Page" disabled


Can anyone tell me why "Edit Compose Page" and "Edit Read Page" are
disabled when I try to edit a form?

In the Form menu, Separate Read Layout is probably unchecked.

Probably because the Form | Separate Read Layout toggle is off.
