Default Can not programs fields

In Outlook 2003 I try to change fields in form design but the only form that
will let me change the design is the contact form. Can anyone help?

You are trying to change the first page of the forms. This is really a no-no,
as it will break many of the automatic formatting code that is done on phone
numbers and email addresses on the Contact form. Put your customizations on
page 2 through 6, and you should not have the difficulty to which you refer.
You will have other difficulties, but that is another post. Be prepared. Do
some browsing at www.outlook-code.com and www.slipstick.com . In particular,
the following two pages, which have been recommended to two other persons this
very day are must reading. Those URLs are provided courtesy of Sue Mosher.

You might start with the information at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm and
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm
