Default Can we change the time in Calendar view to a 24 hour clock

We are in Iraq and would like to change our time on outlook calendar view to
a 24 hour clock. Is that possible? Is there a way that we can change the
clock on the computer to a 24 hour clock?

Yes, go to settings, control panel, regional and language settings, under
the "Regional options" tab, click customize. Now click the "Time" tab, using
the drop down menu for Time Format select the H:mm:ss format. Apply and ok
your way out of those boxes. The calender should now display in 24 hour
format.
