Outlook 97 did not have the security required for today's constantly threatened email environments.
I've already told you want the best configuration is: Publish the form to the Organizational Forms library. The article at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=907985 explains this change in more detail, suggests best practices, and provides registry keys that can return Outlook 2003 to the older, less secure behavior. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "michiel" wrote in message ... why did it well work wish outlook 97???? its the same form. people from my unit send the form to my with information. my programma readout the information en put it in my access database. did works wish outlook 97 but wish outlook 2003 de form return wishout the information. soort but thats the way, it did work. is there a configuartion problem wish outlook that make is work??? -- michiel "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: If you send it to your friends, it won't work unless they have access to the published form definition. That's my point: It's waste of time to develop such a form if you're planning to send it to people outside your organization or if you can't publish it to the Organizational Forms library on Exchange. "michiel" wrote in message ... i send it too myself for the check if it works or not that's the point, but later on i will send it to my frends. i well try to clear the "send form deinition with item i tell ou if it's working -- michiel "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: If you want your form to work, you'll need to clear the "send form definition with item" box and republish it. I don't understand the usage of this form, though. What's the point of just sending it to yourself? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "michiel" wrote in message ...
