i make a form (message form) it looks good but wen i sent it to me i get a
custum message . i publisch my form a make a .oft but it is not working wish outlook 2003 it works with outlook 2000 please help me -- michiel

Are you generating the message from your published form? Is the "send form definition with item" box unchecked?
You're testing by sending to yourself? Who will ultimately receive these messages? If you want your form to work, you'll need to clear the "send form definition with item" box and republish it.
I don't understand the usage of this form, though.
