Default Rules: No Forms to Choose

Outlook 2003
I'm trying to setup a rule where when a message is sent, then it
automatically gets copied into a specific folder (for IMAP purposes so that
the sent file gets uploaded to the server). I've found multiple websites
that list the same steps to accomplish this.

I go into Rules and Alerts
New Rule
Start from a blank rule
Check Messages after sending
select "Uses the form name form"

When I go to select the form name, no forms show up under Personal Forms or
Application Forms. Every site I've seen says to choose Message under
Application form.

Is there somewhere I can go to download these forms?

Thanks!

When you select the Application Forms in the drop-down listbox at the top of
that selection dialog box, you should get a long list of forms from which to
select. If you have done that, and get nothing in the list, then a repair
install is perhaps in order.

But first, are you really, really sure that you are not using Outlook Express?
The real Outlook generally does not use IMAP servers, is why I ask.
