Create an invoice template in outlook that customers email back
I want to create an email in my website that is already set up. When
customers wish to order they click a button the email appears and in the main body of the email customers fill out the order information and send it to me. Is this possible to do? If so how do I do it? Thanks

Create an invoice template in outlook that customers email back
The usual way that's done is by having the server email it to you. Outlook wouldn't be involved at all. Consult the documentation for the web server platform you're using.
