I'm not sure if this is the correct thread. I couldn't find a discussion
group for Business Contact Manager. I figured out how to create new fields in BCM. However, I can't figure out how to access those fields in order to input the data. When I open up an item in the Accounts or Business Contacts, I cannot find the fields that I created and I haven't been able to find any information in the Help to resolve this dilemma. It doesn't make sense to be able to create new fields and then not be able to input data into them, but looks to be the case here. Has anyone else experienced this or do you know the solution to this? Any suggestions would be appreciated since those new fields I created are pretty useless to me at this point. Thanks. |
