Default Lookup Global Address List in Form

Morning!

I'm trying to build a helpdesk logging Task Form, loosely based on the MS
example from Outlook 97. I don't want it as a "user sends request then posts
it", I really just want to log calls interactively.

However, I want the form to look up the Global Address list for a users
details; a drop down for the user name, and then a lookup for phone, etc..
Is that possible?
