Blank Forms Part 2
Sorry I did not complete my question in the last Post. Actually I want send
my customized forms to other users, but they are in others servers. So there is a way to avoid the blank forms with users.

Blank Forms Part 2
Each user will need to publish the form to their own Personal Forms library.
