Default Need a solution

I need to find a way to create and store 60 + auto responses to use in
outlook. I need the files to be stored publicly so others can access and use
them. I would like to set the files up to auto populate into our emails as
needed. I would also like to set up permissions to allow only certain
individuals to make changes to the forms. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Default Need a solution

I'd suggest the Email Templates tool from http://www.emailtemplates.com or a custom Normal.dot template containing Word AutoText entries.
