Custom Task Form - specific category selected
I have created a custom task form for help desk requests. What I would like
is when this form is selected then the default category is 'Help Desk'. Any thoughts? Thanks

Custom Task Form - specific category selected
Just set that value for the Categories property before you publish the form.
