Our users want the ability to print the Bcc after sending out an e-mail. I
opened the Message form in design mode, choose Edit Read Pane and edited the form to add Bcc underneath the cc field (making sure to choose Include this field for Printing and Save As). I saved and published the form and the Bcc field now prints. However, it shows underneath the Subject instead of the CC where it was placed. Is there any way to move the field to its proper place? We are using Outlook 2003. |

The only way to change the print formatting other than the options provided
is to discard the built-in printing and print to Word or Excel or some other application that allows nicer formatting. You can use code to automate Word or Excel and print anything any way you want. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "DonnaP." wrote in message ... Okay. I didn't think there was a way around it within the Outlook form but
figured it was worth the question. Thank you for such a quick response!
