I used to be able to run the forms converter to create web versions of my
forms in Exchange 5.5 . Is this still available in the Exchange 2003 version of OWA ? |

No, there is no forms converter for later versions, in which OWA is based on completely different techniques. You'd need to design the forms from scratch. Exchange development docs start at http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/ with discussions in the microsoft.public.exchange.development newsgroup.
