![]() Hi to all! I dont know if this is possible but can someone please suggest if this is possible and if so where I could find some info on how to do it or what I should be looking for in this group. Can I set something up so that I can email from Outlook to all the customers in the query below? I have an access database which I have creatged a query that pulls results from a table with 100 customers in it. Lately I have been cutting and pasting information from the database and email every customer individualy. An example would be as follows. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear JOHN, Your listing with us contins the following results... CAT DOG MOUSE Your listing has been viewed 10 times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The text in capitals are results from three colums in the database. Colums are called Name: JOHN Result: CAT, DOG & MOUSE Search Result: 10 Can I set something up so that I can email from Outlook to all the customers in the query above? Where can i look to learn how. Cheers Mally |

I have a similar problem as the original, except I am not working with a
database. I get emails that have exactly the same pattern to them. I would like to strip the data and save them as fields. Is there an easy way to do that? afn "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Word mail merge is the solution. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Malhyp" wrote in message ...
