Default HTM body and an attachment

I use the MSMAPI.MAPIMessages to mail same mail from the application (written
in VFP). When I make a HTM-code page and put this as attachment into the
object, it works nice, I see the page in the body of that mail and no
attachment.
Now I whant to put an extra attachment (a PDF file) into this mail also.
When I do that I see nothing in de body and 2 attachments in the mail. I
aspected to see the HTM-code page in de body and 1 attachment.
How can I fix this problem?
Thank you!
