I created a customized contact form. I published it in the Organizational
forms area. But when we get out of Outlook 2003 and get back in and try to access the form, it loses the connection to the form. So, I have to re-connect it again. I need to know how to properly pubish the form so that it will be kept in an area that it can access the form. Thank you! |

Please explain what you mean by "access the form," "loses the connection" and "re-connect it again."

"access the form" - click on contacts then "new"; "loses the connection" -
When you click on new, a msg pops up and says the form cannot be used - contact administrator; "re-connect it again" - I right click on the contact form in my list and go to properties then select the form under the organizational forms". For some reason, it's not saving the form so that when we click on contacts, new, it doesn't access the customized form I created. Help! and Thank you! It really helps if you provide the *exact* text of any error messages. As it stands, we have to guess that the error you're seeing is the one related to a corrupted forms cache. You should try clearing the cache -- Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms
