Default How to Share Custom Task Form

I have created a custom Task form and would like to share it with two
co-workers. How do I allow them to create tasks using this form as well as
respond to tasks I have created in the form and assigned to them? Thanks

Default How to Share Custom Task Form

Save it as an .oft file and tell them to open it with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command, then publish it, using the same message class that you've used to publish your copy. If they publish it to the Tasks folder, they can run it from the Actions menu. They can then create items with the same Choose Form command

Even then it might not work as expected. Custom task request forms aren't
