Default Messages not showing up in "Sent" box

A co-worker and I use the same custom form. When I use it and send a
message, it shows up in my "Sent" box just like a regular message. When my
co-worker sends it, it does NOT show up in her "Sent" box.

Any idea on why this is happening?
