I would like to create an email form that includes the "due by" functionality
found in the existing flagging system. Useful sales tool as the sent email would be filed in the 'for follow up' directory with date already set. Thanks in advance frank |

Don't even think about using a published custom form (which is what this would require) for outgoing messages to customers and prospects. It will cause frustration (or worse) for any non-Outlook recipients.
You might want to consider moving to Outlook 2007, which makes it very easy to flag outgoing messages for followup -- and have that followup be private to the sender, not going out in the mail message. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Frankyyz" wrote in message news ![]() I would like to create an email form that includes the "due by" functionality found in the existing flagging system.
